Sales Manager (Electrical/Mechanical/MNC)
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and increase market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to upper management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and engineering to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of related sales experience.
- Previous sales experience with Mechanical and Electrical products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
