Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and increase market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to upper management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and engineering to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of related sales experience.
  • Previous sales experience with Mechanical and Electrical products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
