Our client is a market leader in the Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Sales Manager (Consumer Electronics Retail) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East area – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Guide the team to achieve sales targets such as sell-out performance, inventory health, profitability, and credit control.
Lead and manage sales operations across offline retail channels, including large retail chains, wholesalers, etc.
Oversee distribution budget planning and ensure effective use of resources to maximize ROI.
Coordinate with both internal teams and external partners to support sales strategies.
Drive process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Utilize business and product analytics to support strategic decision-making and profitability.
Other additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or any other relevant studies.
Experience in leadership and managing a sales team would be a great advantage.
