Sales Manager - Chemical Industry

• Monday - Friday: 8am – 5.30pm
• Walking distance from Tuas Crescent MRT
• Transport Allowances + Commission + VB

The client is a leading integrated chemical toll-blending provider that offers comprehensive solutions and services for production chain management.

Responsibilities:

• Pursue new customer accounts for the company and promote all the company’s offerings.
• Manage accounts throughout the pre and post-sales process, including addressing sales inquiries, generating and presenting quotations, and coordinating with operations and production teams to ensure goods are ready and delivered on time.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and product penetration plans to achieve sales and business objectives in terms of revenue, margin, and market share.
• In close consultation with the Director, prepare all tender documents, set pricing, and submit tenders in a timely manner.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guarantee customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships with key, current, and prospective customers.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and stay updated on product developments.
• Conduct supplier sourcing activities, assess if their products meet requirements, and follow up with logistics upon purchasing from suppliers.
• Generate sales reports and document sales activities on a weekly basis.
• Ensure all necessary documentation complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BizSafe, and other safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or Chemical Engineering
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical sales
• Class 3 driving license
