Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify key stakeholders in the commercial real estate and office building sectors, such as property developers, building owners, and facility managers.
Formulate and execute sales strategies to enhance market reach for smart workspace solutions.
Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements in building automation technologies, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
Requirements:
Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
At least 4 years of B2B sales experience in Building Automation industry.
In-depth knowledge of building automation systems and related technologies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: $4,500 to $6,000
