About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a team of sales personnel, and driving overall sales performance. Responsibilities

  1. Develop annual sales and delivery plans for the sales team
  2. Cascade sales objectives through to the sales team and define targets
  3. Lead, supervise, and monitor the sales performance of individual sales personnel, taking corrective measures as needed
  4. Measure staff performance levels according to retail sales excellence and company policy standards
  5. Execute outdoor prospecting plans and activities
  6. Coordinate with and support the Marketing Communications team in marketing activities, such as road shows, campaigns, and events

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
  6. Proven capability to analyze, develop, and execute intricate strategic projects and departmental strategies to meet business objectives
  7. Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver tools and training programs across various retail/business disciplines to large, diverse audiences
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
