Job description

Sales & Account Management

  • Develop and manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners in the oleochemicals sector.

  • Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and achieve sales targets.

  • Manage sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.

  • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and product inquiries.

Supply Planning & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team to plan and manage product availability.

  • Monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing plants to coordinate product flow, especially during peak demand periods or supply chain disruptions.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to support supply planning and inventory management.

Logistics & Operations Support

  • Liaise with logistics teams to coordinate shipments, manage shipping schedules, and resolve delivery issues.

  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and manage necessary documentation for imports/exports.

  • Support operational efficiency by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the supply chain process. Track product movement, delivery performance, and provide solutions for logistical challenges.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales reports, demand forecasts, and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Track key metrics such as sales performance, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment rates.

  • Provide insights to internal teams on market conditions, customer requirements, and product positioning.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, or related fields.

  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in oleochemicals, chemical sales, or supply chain roles.

  • Strong knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, and logistics processes.

  • Experience in handling customer accounts with a focus on delivering timely solutions.

  • Familiarity with trade regulations, shipping documentation, and international logistics is advantageous.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools to support reporting and forecasting.
