Job description

Sales Manager Assistant to assist the Director of Sales or Sales Manager in leading the sales team to achieve sales targets. He/She should create marketing strategies to achieve forecasted sales. He/She must motivate the sales team by laying out realistic monthly sales targets for each member.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop sales plan to achieve sales targets.
  2. Present sales proposal to buyers.
  3. Develop sales and marketing operational plans.
  4. Develop targeted market segments based on specific buyer profiles.
  5. Provide leadership direction to the sales team by maximizing financial returns.
  6. Assist in setting the annual commercial plan of the sales team within area of responsibility.
  7. Make recommendations to the Director of Sales & Marketing on necessary sales plans and strategy revision to increase production from each segment.
  8. Maintain current, up to date knowledge of rates and sales strategies for assigned segments.
  9. Identify and communicate ideas and customer expectations from assigned segments.
  10. Research new markets and produce market entry recommendations as required.
  11. Carry out revenue management strategies.
  12. Diagnose buyer's technical product needs.
  13. Review buyer's overall business cycle to identify buyer's current and future business needs.
  14. Enhance existing plans to acquire and retain customers.
  15. Identify factors that affect sales performance based on buyer interactions and develop recommendations.
  16. Identify high priority buyers for follow-up discussions on sales closure and payment fulfilment activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. No Quota for work passes.
  2. At least diploma/ degree in Business management/ sales or related.
  3. At least 1 year of experience.
  4. Good Analytical, Selling and Negotiation skills.
  5. Eagerness and Willingness to learn.
  6. Good verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin are preferable.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  8. Self-motivated and initiative individuals.
  9. Must be able to manage a given set of territory and accounts.
  10. Provide good after sales & customer service.
  11. Knowledge in office supplies or office automation would be an advantage.
  12. Able to start work immediate or within short notice.
