Dana SAC SEA is looking for a Sales Manager - Aftermarket to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales of power technologies product range within a set of accounts located in a specified geographic territory, exceeding sales objectives.
This role manages all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, lead management, technical selection, and account care. This is a quota-carrying sales position that plays an integral role in the success of the overall sales team to achieve the assigned budget.
Role and Responsibility
- Manage assigned distributor accounts in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, HK, South Korea, and Japan.
- Define and develop the long-term sales strategy in the region under the responsibility in line with the APAC sales manager’s guidelines.
- Understand spare parts market tendencies, the potential from the company’s and competitors’ product portfolio, and distributor network.
- Support the APAC Sales Manager in producing new product portfolio offering and ensure an output from every assigned project.
- Promote Dana brand awareness and develop new distributors in assigned region.
- Ensure sales KPIs are achieved.
- Coordinate customer complaints.
- Provide sales forecast and safety stock forecast to operation department timely.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or mechanical engineering relevant.
- 5 to 8 years’ relevant automotive aftermarket sales experience.
- Good management skills in an international and diversified team.
- Good marketing and sales strategy skills.
- Knowledge of automotive in relevant engine/driveline products.
- Good written and communication skills with all levels of management.
- Work requires extensive traveling in the assigned areas.
- Meticulous and pays attention to details.
- Highly adaptive with the ability to effectively function in a dynamic MNC environment.
- Independent and possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Good computer literacy, proficient in using all MS Office, Salesforce, and other relevant applications.
