The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Innomed Asia's medical aesthetic equipment lines. This position requires a dynamic leader who will oversee all sales activities, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, leading and mentoring the sales team, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. With a focus on expanding market share and enhancing brand presence, this role demands a results-driven individual with a passion for innovation and excellence in the aesthetics industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales activities of the aesthetic medical equipment department, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and penetrate new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and industry partners.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies and training programs.
  • Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team success.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business or management
  • 5 years' experience in sales management or senior sales roles in the aesthetic medical device industry
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic medical equipment especially laser technologies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer needs and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
