Sales Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our team.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Fetch sales enquiries, discuss clients' needs and propose concepts, products & solutions.
2. Prepare specifications, quotations, and drawings.
3. Negotiate price and project timelines with customers.
4. Participate in sales & marketing meetings to provide updates on feedback from customers.
5. Achieve team targets and provide backup to other team members when they are away.
6. Attend site visits, build rapport with customers, providing consultation and sales support.
7. Main contact person between client and company, coordinating information accordingly to ensure successful outcomes of transactions, contracts, and proposals.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends and news, ensuring product offerings are updated and relevant.
9. Any ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

1. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry.
2. Good communication and organizational skills.
3. Able to work under pressure with high initiative and meet timelines.
4. Experience in Waterproofing or Concrete Repair works will be an advantage.
5. Able to understand & edit drawings via AutoCAD will be an advantage.
6. Possess Class 3 / Class 2B driving license.
7. BCSS cert, Manage work at height preferred.
