Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Identify new business opportunities and proactively reach out to potential clients.
4. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
5. Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
7. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.

Minimum Requirements

1. At least 2 years experience and expert in Crystal, Natural stones, and ornaments knowledge.
2. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
3. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
4. Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events, and accept work late.
