Our client is a multinational company specializing in high-quality fishing equipment.

Reporting to the CEO, the candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in Portugal and Spain.
  2. Build and manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  3. Lead and support a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  4. Identify market trends and business opportunities in the fishing sector.
  5. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  6. Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge within the sales team.
  7. Travel frequently within the region to strengthen partnerships and drive sales.

Perfil ideal

  1. Proven experience in sales and team management.
  2. Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  3. Fluency in English and Spanish and Portuguese is mandatory.
  4. Availability to travel extensively within the region.
  5. Passion for fishing (experience in the industry is a plus).
  6. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is valued but not mandatory.
