Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage the local sales team
2. Train new comers, motivate all sales staff
3. Manage the locations inventory
4. Promote & Sell products - Pro active sales
5. Achieve sales target
6. Assist management in daily operational duties, which includes stock-taking, cashiering transactions and general duties

Requirements:

1. One year experience in pro fashion sales (In retail shop)
2. Good communication skills
3. Positive working attitude and Sales Oriented
4. Leadership qualities
5. High motivation & passion for Fashion sales

High basic salary + high commission + performance bonus

5 or 6 days per week, 8 hours rotating shift per day (including weekends)

Working locations: Central area
