Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
Negotiate and close sales deals and handle contracts.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Track sales activities and maintain records in CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Monitor customers' payment schedule, collect payment from customers when necessary.
Stay current on industry trends and competitors’ products, pricing, and promotions, and update management.
Identify and establish new customers as well as new business opportunities to ensure successful market penetration and development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetics Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cosmetics or personal care industry.
Strong knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing processes and product formulation.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience working with international clients and exporting OEM cosmetic products.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in key markets (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, ASEAN).
Existing network in the beauty and skincare industry.
