Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

  1. Recruiting, hiring, and training sales representatives.
  2. Motivating and coaching the sales team to achieve targets.
  3. Providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  4. Resolving conflicts and addressing team issues.
  5. Creating a positive and productive work environment.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  1. Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals.
  2. Identifying and targeting key customer segments.
  3. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
  4. Developing and managing the sales pipeline.
  5. Setting and monitoring sales quotas and targets.

Sales Performance and Reporting:

  1. Tracking and analyzing sales performance data.
  2. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Preparing regular sales reports and presentations.
  4. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Budget Management:

  1. Managing the sales budget effectively.
  2. Monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  1. Using CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
  2. Ensuring effective communication and follow-up with customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership and Management Skills:

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.

Sales Experience:

Extensive experience in sales, ideally with a track record of success.
