Participate in sales development strategies to assist the company in optimizing integrated solution related to the industry and customer needs;
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel.
Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and customer personnel;
Identify, develop, and grow all sectors. Pro-actively seek out new opportunities to enhance sales volume;
Manage existing / new customers, system integrators and end users.
Develop sales pipeline with a team of inside sales and engineer and manage sales forecast;
Generate sales opportunity to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth;
Prepare sales quotation and address sales enquiries with competitive offerings in a timely and professional manner;
Implement sales and account management plan to develop new customers, manage and grow the existing business;
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and timelines, to ensure successful delivery.
Work closely with Operation teams to align project goals and drive progress.
Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and conduct post-project evaluations.
Maintain and develop excellent customers relationship with internal business units and external business partners for driving sales results.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree graduate.
Proven minimum 2 years working experience in AV solutions sales and hardware direct/channel sales, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding in System Integration.
Experience in managing projects in sales or marketing.
Excellent presentation skills;
Experience in selling hardware is a must;
Good contacts and network in the Industry;
