· Manage assigned key accounts, attending to projects bids, on going projects on commercial and technical matters.
· Initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities for the assigned products and to achieve the desired growth in business volume.
· Identify and establish new customers as well as new business opportunities to ensure successful market penetration and development.
· Support appointed agents/affiliates from enquiry stage on technical and commercial issues to secure potential projects.
· Co-ordinate between all stakeholders (factory, finance/logistic, agent/customer) to ensure smooth execution and delivery of awarded projects.
· Prepare and support due documentation for pre- and post-project’s requirements.
· Conduct regular visits to customers in order to maintain good rapport as well as to solicit feedbacks, services/support and other market information.
· Process customers' orders through the Sales Executive (Indoor).
· Monitor customers' payment schedule, collect payment from customers when necessary.
· Gather competitors' market and sales information such as pricing, promotion from customers and feedback to management.
· To plan in consultation with department manager on the stock level for products handled.
· Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor.
· To comply with all relevant EHS legal and other requirements associated with the job functions and responsibilities.
· To comply with all EHS requirements affecting the operations, including those affecting the customers, suppliers and contractors supplying and serving the departments.
· To participate in EHS programs.
· To follow the EHS procedures and work instructions.
· Diploma in related field, preferably in Sales & Marketing.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in oil & gas industry; in particular, electrical or related products will be a plus.
· Able to work under fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft office and system.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
· Good team player with ability to work independently.
