Role: Sales Executive
Salary: Up to $5000 per month + $900 transport allowance + attractive commission
Working location: East

Job responsibilities:

1. Point of contact for existing customers and pricing enquiry of freight forwarding services.
2. Handle and assist on RFQ from international customers.
3. Prepare sales proposal and quotations based on customers requirement.
4. Follow up on sales proposal and collect customer feedback for improvement.
5. Handle customers complaint and resolve the issue.
6. Coordinate with operations team in relation to the implementation of RFQ.
7. Contribute to client acquisition and retention by analysing customer behaviour from enquiries and feedback.
8. Travel out of the office to network with potential and existing clients, and to close sales leads.
9. Be innovative and resourceful, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet clients' needs.
10. Support the development of sales strategies by monitoring competitors and generating and following up on business leads locally and regionally.

Job requirements:

1. Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification.
2. At least 3 years’ experience within a similar position in the freight forwarding industry is preferred.
