Job Summary

As Sales Leader, you will be working closely with Regional, Application, Marketing and Category teams to identify opportunities for business growth. The role will need you to develop, build defend, growth plans creating opportunity pipeline and strong execution to ensure business targets are met.

How You Will Contribute

  • Develop and drive the region defend & growth plans with and through our ASEAN Team.
  • Evaluate and prioritize market opportunities on multiple dimensions: size, profitability, potential growth, fit with current business focusing on our strategic product portfolio. Through supporting our commercial team with their execution at customer interface for business growth targets.
  • Drive best in class SFDC opportunity management, working with our commercial team to drive execution on defensive and growth pipeline.
  • Build and or refresh Key Account Plans for key agreed customers, through the commercial team and with our key stakeholders.
  • Diligent forecasting to support our operation and logistics team with supplying the right product at the time to our customers.
  • Drive and manage pricing through our Price Force process, to deliver the right balance of volume, profitability and revenue.
  • Development of direct team members through capability and career conversations with specific development objectives.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, business administration & or any other relevant industry.
  • At least 5-10 years’ experience in Sales Management space and 3 years’ experience in Food Ingredient industry. Well-connected in the industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, technical, marketing and or business development, creating and delivering commercial strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Proven data analytical and interpretation skills.
  • Effective project management and execution skills, flexible and good agility in a global business environment.
  • Ability to interact across levels in customer organizations, including Regional and Global team.
  • Strong and effective communication skill in English, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable working in a B2B environment with a positive, self-driven and result oriented approach.
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access) and Salesforce.
  • Excellent presentation skills for sales or brand concept delivery to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and a strong negotiator.
  • High drive and self-motivated, positive mindset and a great team player.
  • Willingness to travel.
