Job Scope:

• Meet customers to understand their renovation preferences and requirements.
• Prepare design concepts & themes, space planning, quotations, and work plans to present to homeowners.
• Designing & drafting of interiors using AutoCAD / Photoshop / 3D Max.
• Work closely with project coordinator for smooth project management.
• Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp/Phone professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in interior design or sales.
• Proficient in AutoCAD / 3D MAX or SketchUp.
• Independent with a sales and target-driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal & project management skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors).
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Singapore permanent residents and Malaysians are all welcome.
