About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing customer relationships. Your proactive, solution-focused approach will be essential for exceeding sales targets and expanding market reach in the construction sector.

  • Position: Sales Executive
  • Type: Full-Time

  • Nearest MRT: Kranji / Yew Tee
  • Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Salary: Up to SGD 4,000 Monthly Basic
  • Allowances & Benefits: Transport Allowance, quarterly performance commission, AWS, and performance-based bonuses

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Consistently achieve sales targets while exploring new business opportunities in the construction market and preparing detailed management reports.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships by delivering tailored, innovative construction solutions and representing the company as an industry specialist.
  • Build and maintain robust networks with key stakeholders such as developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
  • Negotiate favorable terms, ensure timely payments, and monitor on-site project progress.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends and opportunities and submit comprehensive monthly sales reports.

What They're Looking For:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in sales within the construction/building materials industry.
  • Skills: Proactive, excellent negotiator and communicator, proficient with digital sales tools, and adept at managing long sales cycles while building strong networks.
