Sales Executive (Yoga Studio)

Since 2017, we have grown to 6 studios in Singapore, 3 in Malaysia, 1 in Indonesia, and Dubai, building a diverse community of over 2,000 practitioners. We continue to grow and expand to the Philippines and are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to be part of the Sales team. You will be responsible for the sales and business acquisition of the respective studio. He/she has to attend to walk-in inquiries and follow up on leads generated by digital marketing and other channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Conversion to Trials: Attend to leads, address their questions about the classes, and book an appropriate trial class after understanding their needs/goals.
2. Attending to Trials: Ensure a positive experience for prospects during trial classes, explain various packages, and aim to close sales.
3. Post-sales Services: Follow up with members after closing sales to ensure regular attendance, address feedback, and provide continuous customer service, enhancing the likelihood of package renewals and opportunities for recommending additional services.

The Sales Executive acts as a Studio Manager, maintaining the studio's good condition with the support of the cleaning team and Customer Care Executive. In the absence of the CCE, you are required to step in and be present in the studio.

5. Ability to handle complaints effectively
6. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in the fitness field is an advantage.

We offer a 6-day work week, annual leave, medical benefits, and staff benefits for all our Yoga classes. You will also receive a commission on top of the basic salary monthly.
