Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business in commercial elevator sales.
Build strong ties with developers, contractors, architects, and facility management firms.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
Conduct market research on competitors and trends.
Work with local/overseas technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Handle proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
Attend industry events and expand professional network.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in elevator/escalator sales, construction equipment, building materials, or industrial machinery.
Proven track record in new client acquisition with a strong hunter mentality.
Existing network within Singapore’s construction/real estate sector.
Knowledge of commercial elevator solutions is preferred (technical support provided).
