SALES EXECUTIVE (SHIPPING)

Responsibilities:

• To develop and expand customer base.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Attend to all sales inquiries and rates filing.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze data/statistics to develop strategy and business growth.
• Negotiate rates with tender accounts and service contracts.
• Act as a contact point to resolve any escalated issues.
• Ensure payment from credit customers to maintain aging balance.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Maritime/Logistics or its equivalent.
• Preferably with 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Team player with a pleasant personality.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
