SALES EXECUTIVE/SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Role & Responsibility:

• Hunter role and visiting potential customers to provide quotations and proposals.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets and ensure all business transactions meet P&L objectives.
• Develop and expand business accounts through hunting opportunities and maintaining existing business.
• Prepare quotations and perform rates negotiations with hauliers, shipping lines, overseas agents, etc.
• Work with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the logistics/freight forwarding/shipping industry.
• Proficiency in hunting sales.
• Strong knowledge of freight industries/logistics.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and responsible.
• Provide exceptional sales service to customers and be adept at problem-solving and providing solutions.
• Having an existing client database is an added advantage.
• Proven track record and good networking skills.

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (9am to 6pm)

Compensation: Basic Salary $3000 to $5000 (based on position and experience), Commission scheme + Performance Bonus
