Job Title: Sales Executive/Senior Executive

Our client is a listed firm specializing in electronic components, currently looking for a Sales Executive as their business is expanding. You will be responsible for managing the clients and maximizing the sales amount through sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and adjust urgent shipments based on the client's request as and when required.
  2. Maintain and build on existing key accounts through regular client visits regionally every month.
  3. Prioritize accounts to be gained/grown/retained.
  4. Markets covered include ASEAN countries.
  5. Manage distributors, arrange for training and work out strategies for sales improvement.
  6. Management of sales overseas, provide forecasting in weekly and monthly market analysis reports to the Singapore management, Japan HQ, and other overseas subsidiaries.
  7. Manage annual overseas exhibitions by sourcing, evaluating, comparing, and choosing over 20 suppliers for various exhibitions.
  8. Actively work with internal and external stakeholders to perform all necessary steps for effective prospecting and qualifications.
  9. Quality assurance matters if the client has a problem with the products.
  10. Business trips to ASEAN regions (varies from 2 days to 1 week).
  11. Any other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements & Preferences:

Must:

  1. Minimum Diploma in any field.
  2. At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in a manufacturing or trading company.
  3. Understand the Distributor Sales business.
  4. Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, is essential for liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers within the ASEAN region.
  5. Flexible to handle both desk-bound and non-desk-bound assignments.

Advantageous:

  1. Educational background in Sales & Marketing or Electronics-related fields.
  2. Experience with electronic components will be an added advantage.
