Responsible for the sales of Spare Parts, General Services, and Modifications on a customer account basis.
Handle customer sales inquiries and complaints regarding modifications, spare parts, services, etc.
Collaborate with Equipment Sales Account, FSO Technical, and directly engage with customers to resolve issues and close sales matters.
Manage customer inquiries, Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and conduct sales proposal and quotation activities.
Lead sales negotiations and the closing of sales deals.
Liaise with customers and Japan counterparts to address urgent delivery issues and any commercial sales/specification/price matters.
Oversee the Japan factory engineer labour order and process.
Prepare bi-weekly/monthly reports on sales of spare parts, services, modifications, and provide updates on sales forecasts based on customer accounts.
Analyse monthly sales invoices for modifications and spare parts and contribute to forecast planning on a customer account basis.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of Sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
