Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive new business and revenue in large enterprise accounts.
  2. Meet revenue and margin targets for your assigned territory or accounts.
  3. Build strong internal relationships with peers and delivery center management.
  4. Identify and develop new opportunities across OSF’s offerings.
  5. Leverage your commercial knowledge for successful outcomes.
  6. Be the primary contact for customer account management.
  7. Support contract negotiation and agreement closure.

About You:

  1. Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with enterprise clients.
  2. Proven track record in developing territories, achieving targets, and managing diverse accounts.
  3. Self-management skills and proactive business development drive are essential.
  4. Strong knowledge of IT technologies such as Marketing Automation, CRM, ERP, Integration, and Ecommerce tools.
  5. Experience in professional services and/or managed services businesses.
  6. Background knowledge of Salesforce Core, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud being a significant asset.
  7. Strong network of positive contacts within Salesforce or the general market.
  8. Experience in a partner/vendor relationship model, particularly with large global IT vendors.
