Overview of the role:
The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for sales generation and delivering a positive customer experience, and for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team (i.e. housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards, etc.)
What you will do:
- Creates a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
- Provides a high level of customer service at all times by being aware of the product categories and assisting customers in a professional manner.
- Creates a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhering to dress code.
- Assists the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations including opening and closing and other security aspects.
- Runs the store in the absence of the Store Manager if required.
- Greets customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere greeting.
- Trains new staff on the Point of Sale (POS) operation and deals with any customer issues at the POS.
- Provides customers with current relevant information about the product.
- Ensures compliance with in-store procedures regarding pricing and ticketing.
- Provides quality service in the fitting rooms and follows up with customers in a timely manner.
- Maintains cash wrap cleanliness and captures customer information in the database.
- Thanks all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invites them back.
- Participates in and attends all store meetings and other related functions.
- Represents a positive attitude toward the merchandise, the brand and the company.
- Participates in all inventories.
- Completes other duties as assigned by store management.
- Meets or exceeds weekly sales goals.
- Is punctual and adheres to designated work schedule.
- Is flexible and works well with peers and management.
- Follows company policies and procedures 100%.
- Performs housekeeping duties as required.
Required Skills to be successful:
- Friendly and engaging personality; comfortable working with the general public.
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
- Confident, helpful, polite, and physically fit.

- 4-5 years’ experience in the watch industry.
