Responsible for developing Bedding Accessories sales.
Identify Sales Leads, Sales Channels, Product assortment, and Margin management from both Direct Retail, Indirect channels (such as Departmental Stores), and Online.
Manage a team of promoters to develop sales and meet sales targets.
Achieve sales targets and gross profit percentage set by management.
Regularly visit and build strong rapport with sales channel partners to develop sales.
Establish new contacts, sales leads, and avenues of sales that contribute to the growth of the company.
Attend to consumers' inquiries, feedback/complaints, and follow up with after-sales service.
Manage and review promoter performance; regularly update and educate promoters on product knowledge and upcoming products or promotions.
Gather feedback and information on competitors and ground activities; provide feedback to management for proactive actions on product trends and promotional activities.
Other responsibilities that may be delegated or stipulated by management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in dealing with Retail or Departmental Stores.
Experience in handling promoters and setting up for events.
Responsible and positive attitude.
Resourceful and creative, able to generate new ideas to improve sales.
