Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive (Outsourcing) at Avanta Global, you'll drive revenue growth while contributing to our recruitment delivery excellence. Your role spans three interconnected areas:
Business Development & Sales
· Identify and cultivate potential clients through strategic lead generation, targeted outreach, and industry networking.
· Articulate the competitive advantages of our recruitment outsourcing solutions with persuasive presentations tailored to client needs.
· Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential projects while consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
· Negotiate win-win contracts that align with company objectives while ensuring client satisfaction.
· Represent Avanta Global at industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
Client & Account Management
· Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers within client organizations.
· Oversee a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for service expansion and upselling.
· Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless client experiences throughout the relationship lifecycle.
· Generate regular performance reports to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
Recruitment Process Support
· Work closely with our recruitment specialists to ensure successful project delivery that meets client expectations.
· Provide practical support to recruitment teams by participating in candidate sourcing and screening activities.
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of the skills and qualifications required for various roles to better align with client needs.
· Stay informed about emerging industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain our market advantage.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Educational Background & Experience
· Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within recruitment or outsourcing solutions.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
Industry Knowledge
· Strong understanding of recruitment industry practices, challenges, and outsourcing trends.
· Familiarity with talent acquisition processes in key sectors including oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing.
· Knowledge of workforce requirements and hiring challenges specific to industrial environments.
· Understanding of technical and skilled positions common in these industries is highly advantageous.
· Awareness of current market conditions and competitive landscape in industrial recruitment.
