Sales Executive (Outdoor)

Our company, Trejoy Pte Ltd, is a FMCG (Food and Beverage) products importer and distributor located at Tampines. We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to support us in achieving our business objectives for our new range of products. The primary role is to focus on setting annual sales goals and work towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Director and other colleagues. Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into clients is key to success in this role.

The Role:

1. Identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, servicing accounts and maintaining customer satisfaction.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and actively create sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
3. Set up meetings with potential clients, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
4. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
5. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions (trade shows & consumer shows).
6. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

The Persona:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
4. Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
5. Fast learner and passion for sales.
6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
7. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
8. Have a Class 3/3A Driving License or possess own car.
