Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales pipelines, focusing on both new client acquisition (hunting) and account management (farming).

• Identify potential clients in the construction, renovation, and interior design sectors to promote exterior paint products.

• Provide product recommendations and technical support to clients based on project requirements.

• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.

• Sales experience in construction, coatings, or interior design industries is an advantage.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to drive sales growth.
