Drive Sales & Profitability: Achieve sales targets and increase product distribution across retail accounts.
Manage Operations: Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory, store layout, and product availability.
Promotions & Budgets: Manage promotional budgets and ensure ROI on in-store campaigns and marketing efforts.
Negotiate & Build Relationships: Negotiate pricing, terms, and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.
Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity and customer trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Proven experience in FMCG sales and retail operations.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage both sales growth and retail operations effectively.
Proficient in data analysis and tools like Excel and Power BI.
Results-driven, with a collaborative and independent work style.
