Job Overview:

We are looking for a versatile personnel to drive sales growth and manage retail operations within the FMCG/Food related sector. This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance sales strategy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Sales & Profitability: Achieve sales targets and increase product distribution across retail accounts.

  2. Manage Operations: Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory, store layout, and product availability.

  3. Promotions & Budgets: Manage promotional budgets and ensure ROI on in-store campaigns and marketing efforts.

  4. Negotiate & Build Relationships: Negotiate pricing, terms, and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.

  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.

  6. Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity and customer trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in FMCG sales and retail operations.

  2. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  3. Ability to manage both sales growth and retail operations effectively.

  4. Proficient in data analysis and tools like Excel and Power BI.

  5. Results-driven, with a collaborative and independent work style.
