Course Enrolment Specialist / Sales Executive

Basic Salary: $2600 - $2900

Commission Structure (paid out every 2 months):

1. $50 for every 10pax (attending Free 2hr Preview)
2. $40/pax: From 1st ~ 10th pax registered for Full Course
3. $80/pax: From 11th ~ 20th pax registered for Full Course
4. $120/pax: From 21st ~ 30th pax registered for Full Course

Performance Bonus (paid out every 2 months):

1. $350 when 20pax registered for Full Course
2. $500 when 30pax registered for Full Course
3. KPI: 20pax registered for Full Course

Working Hours: 7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm (6 Working Days)

Location: Seng Kang / Balestier / Braddell / Yishun / Sembawang / Bukit Timah / Bukit Batok / Jurong (HQ: Toa Payoh)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management:
   • Follow up with unresponsive leads via email, WhatsApp, and call.
     → 1-Day Workshop / Free 2hr Training
   • Warm outreach to:
     • Past course clients.
     • Regular company POCs.
     • Facility management companies.
2. Pre-Course Preparation:
   • Check inventory & order needed items (3 weeks prior).
   • Reconfirm room booking.
   • Print Certificates of Performance (Free 2hr trainees).
   • Send pre-course engagement email.
   • Contact thermal cam suppliers to loan cameras.
   • Prepare snacks, name list, tent cards, and exam papers.
   • Ensure participant payments are completed.
3. Post-Course Tasks:
   • Consolidate & record test scores + feedback grades.
   • File test papers.
   • Email graduates their documents.
   • Respond to Google reviews.
   • Stock take (brochures, course notes, etc.).
   • Share LinkedIn post + upload photos to website.
   • Return loaned IR cameras.
   • Prepare credentials & Smartpac packages for mailing.
   • For L2 course:
     • Update Brevo database.
     • Move contacts from L1 to L2.

Requirements:

• For those with Diploma/Degree.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably with a Sales Engineer background in the M&E, Facility & Maintenance, Automation & Process or Energy & Sustainability.
• Strong knowledge in Infrared Thermography.
• Comfortable with shift work.
• Able to work in multiple locations.
• Proven sales experience & strong communication skills.
