Working in a MNC which is leading in its industry
Job Scope
1. Business Development
Develop sales strategy and uncover business opportunities for BSC business
Maintain and grow sales of assigned BSCs
Formulate half yearly business plans to achieve sales target
Manage sales pipelines (to facilitate sales/logistic forecast)
2. Marketing Support
Work with marketing team to develop sales and marketing strategies and activities for BSC business
Coordinate distribution of product information to customers.
Organize training programs for customers.
Compile market intelligence and information.
Analysis of competitor’s sales activities.
3. Planning, Control
Sales Forecasting
Use reporting tools (CRM) as the source and archive for all data, actions, commitments, and tracking of business
Participate in preparation of the annual sales budget.
Recommendation of customer credit limits
Assisting in customer A/R collections.
4. Customer Relationship
Maintenance of sales agreements.
Assist to resolve customers’ product or commercial issues.
Partner with Service Department to resolve technical issues pertaining to customers’ machines
Maintaining updated customer records in CRM is a must
5. Others
Conduct and carry out special assignments in accordance with the instruction of the HOD (Professional) / Managing Director
Requirement
Minimum Diploma Qualification in any field
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any industry
