Sales Executive - Jewellery

ALUXE is the No.1 Wedding Ring Brand from Taiwan. Currently, ALUXE operates 12 stores in Taiwan, 1 store in Hong Kong, and 2 stores in Singapore. In 2023, ALUXE opened its first flagship store in ION. In 2024, ALUXE expanded its physical presence to JEM, and it will be opening its Tampines branch in May 2024. ALUXE will continue on its path to expansion with the aim of establishing 40 stores globally by 2025.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a great shopping experience by providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales support. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service & assistance to guests
2. Dynamic & proactive in meeting sales targets
3. Attend to guests enquiries and feedback
4. Provide guests with advice and guidance on product selection
5. Recruit & build rapport with guests to maintain long-term relationship
6. Ensure smooth day to day operations
7. Ensure tip-top store cleanliness, VM change & display
8. Meet & follow store’s SOP standards
9. Able to work independently & with teams to follow up instructions shared by supervisors

Qualifications:

1. Good command of English and Mandarin (to communicate well with HQ in Taiwan)
2. Familiar with computer skills
