Job Description

• Industry/Organization Type: General Contractor/ Manufacturing
• Position Title: Sales Executive (HVAC)
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5 Days/ 5.5 Days, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowance + Commission + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads, build client relationships, and sell HVAC solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare tailored quotes and proposals.
• Coordinate with project staff and installers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer details.
• Drive customer growth in local and international markets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with top-notch service.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in HVAC Industry
• Possess Class 3 driving license and own vehicle is an added advantage
• Competent with MS Office package.
