Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Freight and Sea Forwarding Specialist to manage the logistics of shipping goods via sea. This role involves coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, and providing excellent customer service. The Freight and Sea Forwarding Specialist will be responsible for managing documentation, customs procedures, and communication with vendors and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold call prospects and conduct sales visits to develop new accounts.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
• Promote international air and ocean freight services to potential clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage daily logistics operations and ensure smooth freight services from pickup to delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.
