1. Sales Executive [Freight Forwarding]

Working days: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm / Flexi Hours
Salary: $3200 - $4500 (Subject to Experience)
Location: Office - Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct reports to the Senior Manager.

• Achieve agreed upon quarterly sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

• Generate and reach out to customer leads through cold calling, door knocking, digital marketing to establish new market.

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.

• Work closely with Customer Service and Operations on the execution of customer's quotation and orders.

Job Requirements:

• With Diploma in logistics / supply chain is preferable.

• Minimum 3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, sales experience in freight forwarding industry will be highly preferred.

• Proficient using Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

2. Business Development Executive – Freight Forwarding

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 09:00 am - 05:00 pm
Location: Woodlands
Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 + Comm

3. Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Working Days: 5 Days, Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 am – 6 pm
Location: Bukit Batok, West Region
Salary: $1,800 - $3,000 Basic + Commission + Transport Allowance + AWS

4. Sales Manager (Ocean Freight)

Basic Salary: $5,000 – $6,000 per month (depending on the working experience)
Working hour: Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 6 pm
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Scope:

• You will report to the Branch Manager and will lead a team of ocean freight personnel.

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the ocean freight department and resolve any operational-related problems.

• Lead and supervise the Ocean operation team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain relationships with shipping lines, port operators, and other key stakeholders.

• Negotiate pricing, services, and terms with the approved vendors and co-loaders, to maximize monthly Ocean GP.

• Coordinate and negotiate with other company overseas stations.

• Participate in existing and new RFQ or any bidding projects when needed.

• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting ocean freight operations.

• Prepare reports and analyses on department performance for upper management.

• Ensure compliance with all international trade and shipping regulations.

• Support Ocean Business Development and Trade Lane Management.

• Other assignments by management if any.

Requirements:

• Tertiary Education, with freight forwarding (FCL/LCL) experience.

• Minimum 5-10 years work-related experience in Ocean Freight Procurement.

• Experience in Tariff management and Tender management.

• With Team Leader experience.
