Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and sales visits.
Actively perform a hunter sales role by seeking out and acquiring new clients.
Deliver effective and compelling sales pitches to potential customers.
Consistently achieve sales targets aligned with management's expectations.
Price & Contract Negotiations
Participate in contract discussions and price negotiations with clients.
Offer competitive and cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs.
Strive to provide the best customer experience and maintain professional standards throughout the negotiation process.
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand clients' needs and requirements to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Manage client expectations and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure a smooth post-sales process and maintain excellent after-sales support.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Accounts, and Customer Service to fulfill client requirements and meet targets.
Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
What we're looking for
1 years of sales experience preferred fresh grad are also welcome.
Pleasant personality.
Committed, proactive and self-motivated.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
Good command of English & Chinese.
Working experience in the freight forwarding industry will be a plus point.
Able to start as soon as possible.
