Work from home Sales & Customer Support Manager (4 day work week)

A. Your Responsibilities

Role: Sales and Customer Support Manager

  1. Customer Service / Sales
  2. Timely enquiry handling (Phone/Email, Facebook message, WhatsApp, OTAs, and any other communication platform)
  3. Lead/Enquiry registration and tracking
  4. Follow up with customers
  5. Create booking on our online platform
  6. Generate invoice
  7. Follow up email after tours
  8. Add customer to our referral and loyalty program

B. Requirements

  1. Minimum 1-2 years related experience
  2. Able to work independently without supervision
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Ability to write professionally with an excellent command of written English and grammar
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  6. Work location: Work From Home (must have a computer/laptop with a decent internet connection)
  7. Able to start work immediately or within a short notice

Monthly basic pay of 400 to 800 per month (part-time position) + commission (depending on sales)
4 day work week.
