Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Close communication with customers for good customer satisfaction.
  • Answer customers' questions, understand customers' needs, and resolve customer pain points and issues.
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
  • Always on the keen lookout to hunt for new leads within assigned customers.
  • Ability to upsell & cross-sell company’s products and services.
  • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
  • Keep up with product and service information and updates.
  • Stay informed about competing products and services.
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets as a team.
  • Identify new sales opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum qualification of a Polytechnic diploma and above.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred but not a must.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities to handle different combinations of product models and customer requirements.
  • Looking for a team player who is willing to learn, meticulous, and has attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Able to travel on short notice.
