Sales Executive (Commodity Sales, Trading, International Shipping) SW228

• Export Sales and Trading of wood related products
• Develop new markets and manage existing customers
• Develop new suppliers and manage existing suppliers
• Prepare Sales Contracts and Purchase Orders
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for exports, internal policies, and export procedures
• Monitor export sales transactions and review all customer responses for sales orders and payments
• Present recommendations for problem solving and continuous improvement
• Resolve customer issues for export processes and procedures, collaborating with customers to ensure smooth functioning of our export processes and requirements
• Execute and grow business based on the strategy and plan set by the Manager
• Increase sales revenue and gain market share across market segments
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve and leverage relationships/opportunities
• Provide and update reports to Sales Management as required
• Conduct business trips to expand the business

• 3 years of experience in commodity sales is a plus
• Willingness and flexibility to attend weekend and night events
• Willing to travel overseas
• Meet volume and profit targets set by leadership and provide insight to margin management department
• Knowledge of International shipping is a plus
• In-depth sales experience, preferably with medium and large clients
• Well organized, industrious, creative, and self-sufficient
• Good teaming and negotiation skills required
• Knowledge and understanding of incoterms
