Sales Executive, Catering

Job Responsibilities:

1. Secure sales leads and business opportunities to increase catering sales.
2. Understand catering menu selections and promotions to make appropriate recommendations and offer advice to meet client needs for the event.
3. Familiar with all ordering policies.
4. Handle event enquiries through phone and emails.
5. Develop and foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, and clients to create an overall memorable experience.
6. Produce quotations and confirmations to all clients in a timely manner.
7. Provide after-sales service and ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
8. Liaise and coordinate with Kitchen and Operations Departments to ensure timely delivery for all orders.
9. Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business.

Job Requirements:

1. Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
2. Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines when required.
3. Strong team player with the ability to build rapport and maintain collaborative working relationships.
4. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
6. Passionate about the F&B industry.
7. Experience in F&B sales preferred and considered an advantage.
8. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
