We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team and lead business development initiatives within the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Property Management sector. In this role, you will drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, while identifying new service growth opportunities and staying updated on market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new growth opportunities through market analysis, trends, and client needs within the IFM and Property Management sectors.
Formulate and implement business growth strategies to drive both organic and inorganic expansion.
Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, particularly for large, strategic sales.
Oversee the bid process, ensuring high-quality submissions aligned with client requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
Deliver impactful presentations and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
Negotiate contracts, ensuring clarity on terms and conditions.
Foster partnerships with service providers to ensure seamless support.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking progress and following up on leads.
Collaborate with and support team members to achieve overall business goals.

Basic Salary up to $4k + Incentives / Comms
Key Requirements:
Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Prior BD experience is essential / Prior experience in new business development is advantageous.
Excellent conceptualization, planning and organization skills.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, pro-active and possess strong relationship building skills.
