About the role

As an Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this full-time role, you will work in the Others East Region to showcase our diverse range of high-quality indoor and outdoor flooring products.

What you'll be doing

• Providing personalised sales consultations to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend the best flooring options
• Showcasing our extensive product range, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and outdoor decking, to generate sales
• Conducting product demonstrations and offering design advice to assist customers in visualising the final outcome
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and proactively identifying new sales opportunities
• Collaborating with the marketing team to organise and participate in trade shows, events, and promotional activities
• Ensuring accurate order processing, inventory management, and customer follow-up
• Continuously expanding your product knowledge and staying updated on industry trends

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience, preferably within the home improvement, construction, or interior design industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation, able to provide tailored solutions
• Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics to help customers visualise their dream spaces
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall sales success
• Able to work on weekends and attend trade-show organised by company
