The Opportunity

  • Permanent role
  • Work location: Central Region
  • Work hours: 9am - 6pm


Adecco is partnering with an established manufacturing MNC with products for residential and non-residential spaces, and they are looking for a Project Sales Executive to join their team! The Sales Executive will be the main point of contact for their key clients, which mostly consists of Architects, Contractors and Interior Designers. You will be working on building relationships as well as working closely with the clientele and stakeholders, through the full project cycle, and to drive the company's revenue through sales and strategic business planning.




The Job

  • Responsible for reaching individual sales targets and contributing to the achievement of team goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Architects, Developers, and Main Contractors.
  • Raise product awareness among Architects and Developers for product inclusion in project tenders.
  • Devising and executing a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and establish a robust presence.
  • Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with well-founded forecasts, to the Head of Sales.
  • Foster enduring customer relationships through collaboration and a keen understanding of their needs.
  • Engage in project planning, management, co-ordination, supervision, and site work progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of purchased items for projects.
  • Guarantee adherence to project schedules and oversee the inspection, resolution, and monitoring of rectification works.
  • Provide assistance and support to the project management team in progress claims and final accounts.


The Talent

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in B2B Project sales.
  • A strong network of Architects, Designers and Maincons.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Outgoing and passionate in networking and building relationships.
  • Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
