Job Overview:

As part of our Roadshow Sales Team, you will be responsible for educating and promoting training courses, driving end-to-end sales cycle for B2B & B2C. This role involves engaging with SMEs, MNCs & decision-makers to understand their needs and offering tailored training courses that enhance the learning experience. You’ll be involved in everything from roadshows to seminars, representing our brand with professionalism and energy.

Responsibilities:

1. To reach out and engage the general public to upgrade and embark on their Digital Marketing learning journey.
2. Identify potential customers and businesses that may be interested in digital tech courses.
3. Actively participate in assigned roadshows, corporate events, and seminars.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Understand the needs and preferences of customers to provide tailored training courses.
6. Utilise CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and report on sales targets accurately.
7. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance.
8. Proactive in monitoring the competitive landscape and industry trends, identifying opportunities and challenges to inform sales strategy.
