Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned SEA region. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to after-sales support.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts (retailers, distributors).
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on fishing trends.

Job Requirements:

• Proven sales success, preferably in sporting goods.
• Experience in fishing equipment or related industry.
• Strong understanding of the SEA market and fishing culture.
• Minimum diploma and above.
• Willingness to travel within SEA.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales.
• Sales and result-oriented.
